North Coast Leadership Academy

is a two year program that offers training in specialized areas of ministry, along with courses in the Bible, leadership, and essential skills to equip you for life. Specialized ministry practicum will be offered for Worship, Media Production, Video Team, Nonprofit Management, Community Outreach, Information Technology, Graphics, Youth and Children’s Ministry.

North Coast Church

The North Coast Leadership Academy is located on the North Coast Church Vista Campus, just 45 miles north of San Diego, California and 90 miles south of Los Angeles, California. North Coast Church has seven campuses in north San Diego County. In addition, there are several locations where you can watch the weekly message on video and fellowship with others.

Areas of Study

In addition to your ministry practicum to prepare you to lead the North Coast Leadership Academy, classes include three critical areas: Bible, leadership, and life skills.

Through this unique program, we will provide valuable practicum experience that will develop and refine your unique God-given gifts so that you will be equipped to go out to wherever God may call you, and accomplish whatever God has called you to do.
